Meru Services
The sangham  has been a bridge between the benefactors and the beneficiaries. It identifies the beneficiaries for various schemes of the government through its work branches and pursues the matters with the government at different levels.

It has successfully strived in getting the sewing machines from the government under Adarana scheme to its needy members,  throughout the state.  It has also succeeded in providing pattas of land to a few of the homeless poor of the community in Khammam, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, and Ranga Reddy Districts. 

1. It gets old age pension to the aged orphans of the community.

2. It provides financial assistance to the poor meritorious students, pursuing higher studies.

3. It also plans to organise community marriages.

4. The sangham appeals to all the well wishers of the community, who are well placed by the grace of God and particularly who are at abroad to become  benefactors for the various welfare programmes of the sangham by contributing their might in cash or kind under receipt.

Legal Redressal Service
The sangham through its panchayath committee solves the disputes and problems arising among the Merus, by conducting procedings in Meru Bhavan. Hyderabad every alternate Sunday. It has sofar taken up 25 cases and decided 18 of them amicably. Most of the cases have been withdrawn from courts and have been settled by panch committee by counseling the parties.

Meru Students Hostel
Eleven Meru Philothrophists of Hyderabad have come forward and donated for the construction of Meru student's hostel in the second floor of the Meru Bhavan. Hyderabad in 2001. Each of them has met the construction cost of one room, that has the capacity to accommodate at least six students. The hostel provides free accommodation to the students coming to the city to pursue their studies. At present 25 students are staying in the hostel
